Luke Murphy

Luke Murphy is the co-founder and CEO of Neutropy, a Dublin company building the AI employees that take patient scheduling from days to minutes. He works day to day on the referral-to-scheduling platform, sitting on-site with the private hospitals that use it and staying close to the admin teams whose mornings the product is meant to give back.

He writes here about where automation actually earns its place in healthcare: not the consulting room, but the corridor outside it. His view, argued across the Neutropy blog, is that the systems that move the needle are the unglamorous ones that protect human time rather than promise to replace it, and that in Europe the data architecture, keeping patient identifiers away from any large language model, is the product.
