About
Built with the people
who ran the hospitals.
Neutropy is a small team in Dublin building the AI employees that take patient scheduling from days to minutes. We started this because we watched the manual process firsthand and thought: this should not be the job of a human.
The team.
Founders and operators who've lived the scheduling problem from inside Irish private healthcare.
Why we built this.
A referral lands in the inbox. Then it waits. By the time anyone reaches the patient, weeks have gone. Admin teams spend their days on routine calls. The 5% that actually needs a person waits the longest.
We've sat with the people doing this work. Watched the calls stack up. Listened to patients reschedule appointments they never knew were available. The process isn't broken because anyone's doing it wrong. It's broken because there isn't enough time in the day.
Neutropy gives that time back. Same clinic, same staff, same number. An AI employee answers the calls that don't need a human, and warm-transfers the ones that do.
Where we are.
Dublin, Ireland. In pilot with private hospitals across the country. We spend real time on-site with the clinics that use us.
How we think about it.
PII never reaches the model. Every action is logged. The boring discipline is the only way to earn the right to operate in healthcare, and the only way to scale once you do.
