Neutropy Endoscopy

Endoscopy patients who arrive prepared.

Neutropy reads each referral, verifies the patient, books the procedure and tells them about their bowel preparation prescription and the closest pharmacy to their home. Every reminder is built from the patient's own record.

Where endoscopy services lose time

Procedures lost to poor preparation

A patient who did not collect or take their bowel preparation cannot go ahead. The procedure is rebooked and the list has an empty slot.

Prescriptions not collected

Patients are told to collect a preparation but not where. Some leave it too late, and some never collect it at all.

Urgent referrals in the queue

Urgent and suspected cancer referrals must be booked quickly. In a busy inbox, they wait behind routine work.

Neutropy for endoscopy

Each patient hears what their own procedure needs: the preparation prescribed, when to take it and the fasting times your unit sets.

Each patient is told about their bowel preparation prescription and the closest pharmacy to their home, found from their address.

Referrals are called in the order of the priority the referrer set, so urgent and suspected cancer referrals are never behind routine work.

Each referral shows its full journey, with every call and outcome on the record.
