Call the patient
The AI employee phones the patient, offers the right appointment, answers the routine questions and confirms the booking. It stays calm and polite across accents and languages, and warm-transfers to a human the moment a call needs one.
Write back to the PMS / EHR
Once the patient confirms, Neutropy writes the booking straight into your practice-management or electronic-health-record system. The record is complete, logged and ready, so the loop from referral to booked appointment closes without manual admin.
