Meddbase is a cloud practice management and electronic patient record system used by private clinics and hospitals for appointments, records and billing.
How Neutropy connects
Neutropy is building its Meddbase connection on the Meddbase Enterprise API. Bookings use a reserve-then-confirm flow: Neutropy holds the slot, confirms it, and records every attempt before any change in Meddbase. If a confirmation cannot be checked, the booking is flagged for review instead of being retried. No patient identifiers are sent to a language model.
In practice
A private clinic on Meddbase phones every referred patient by hand. With Neutropy, each referral is read, the patient is called, and the slot is held and confirmed in Meddbase, so the diary stays the single source of truth.
Meddbase is a third-party system that Neutropy integrates with. Neutropy connects to it through standards-based interfaces and does not claim any partnership, certification, or endorsement.
