Practice management
Neutropy + Cliniko
How Neutropy connects to Cliniko, and what it does there.
What Cliniko is
Cliniko is a practice management system used by clinics and allied health practices to run appointments, patient records, invoicing and treatment notes.
How Neutropy connects
Neutropy connects to Cliniko through the Cliniko API. When a referral arrives, Neutropy looks for the patient by phone number, then by name, and creates a new patient record when there is no match. Every action is logged. No patient identifiers are sent to a language model.
In practice
A clinic on Cliniko gets referrals by email and Healthlink. Neutropy reads each referral and finds or creates the patient in Cliniko, so nobody retypes referral details. The team keeps booking in Cliniko as it does today.
Cliniko is a third-party system that Neutropy integrates with. Neutropy connects to it through standards-based interfaces and does not claim any partnership, certification, or endorsement.
