Brian Burke

Brian Burke is the co-founder and COO of Neutropy. He did the job the company automates by hand, working as a hospital secretary coordinating referrals, chasing availability, and scheduling patients, and that lived experience shapes how Neutropy builds.

He writes and speaks about founder-market fit that is real rather than a deck slide: the Scheduler automates the scheduling work he did manually, and the Insurance Validator on the roadmap automates the insurance validation he did manually. Neutropy is not guessing at the workflow, because Brian lived it.

Brian leads operations and delivery, working directly with the clinics that pilot Neutropy across Ireland.
